Advice Please!
I was working in SEO and hold experience of 3 years and now have decided to work in paid marketing, my previous company initially was paying me 3.72 LPA (1 year) and my current package is 5.5 LPA (6 months)
Should I change and go for a higher package as well because I want stability in my job.
What package should I ask for? 10 LPA?
Can anyone recommend good companies where I can get stability in my job and can get this much hike as well?
Preferred Location - Gurgaon/Delhi/Noida
Else - Bangalore

Feeling Left Behind
Scrolling through social media feels like getting punched in the gut sometimes. Everyone from my batch seems to be thriving in their dream careers, and here I am, stuck in a survival job. It’s hard not to compare or wonder if I somehow missed the boat.
I keep reminding myself that everyone’s journey is different, but honestly, the self-doubt hits hard. Did I make the wrong choices? Should I have networked more, gained better experience, or just done… something else?
If you’ve ever felt this way, how did you push through? I could really use some advice or even just someone saying I’m not the only one who feels this lost.

Switch or No-Switch
I have 4.5 years of experience in Data Engineering and currently earn 18 LPA. This is my third organization.
In my first job, I worked for 2 years in support, night shifts, and a toxic culture, which led me to switch to a data consulting firm known for its rich tech stack, strong culture, and talented professionals. There, I excelled and earned multiple recognitions. Unfortunately, after the company was acquired by an MNC, work-life balance declined, quality suffered, and redundancies increased.
After 1.5 years, I moved to a prestigious analytics firm, but the project I was assigned to involved poorly built internal products rather than the tech I was hired for. Despite my strong performance, the client’s reliance on me has restricted my movement. It's been 1 year, I've joined the present org.
Now, I have a 23 LPA offer and would appreciate any advice on whether to accept it or explore better options. I'm also worried if that affects my career trajectory.
