Switch or No-Switch

I have 4.5 years of experience in Data Engineering and currently earn 18 LPA. This is my third organization. In my first job, I worked for 2 years in support, night shifts, and a toxic culture, which led me to switch to a data consulting firm known for its rich tech stack, strong culture, and talented professionals. There, I excelled and earned multiple recognitions. Unfortunately, after the company was acquired by an MNC, work-life balance declined, quality suffered, and redundancies increased. After 1.5 years, I moved to a prestigious analytics firm, but the project I was assigned to involved poorly built internal products rather than the tech I was hired for. Despite my strong performance, the client’s reliance on me has restricted my movement. It's been 1 year, I've joined the present org. Now, I have a 23 LPA offer and would appreciate any advice on whether to accept it or explore better options. I'm also worried if that affects my career trajectory.

Awesome job offer but

I’ve received a new job offer with an excellent salary increase. Based on my research on AmbitionBox, the new salary aligns with the median for SVP/EVP roles in my industry (Banking & financial institutions). However, the designation offered is DVP, as the company seems to have a policy of only granting the VP title to those with 20+ years of experience (I cross checked on Linkedin too). On one hand, I’m excited about the opportunity and the financial growth, but there's a small sense of dissonance in the back of my mind about the title. I understand that titles can vary from company to company, but it's still something I’m thinking about. What are your thoughts on the importance of designations, and do you have any advice for my situation? I will be honest, I am worried about external perception that people will only see the position of DVP, they may not appreciate how senior the position is within the company.

After Switch, Feeling lost in a career. Specially after working in good companies, MNCs, Captives etc.

I have 10 YOE I joined a fintech company as a senior lead developer (java, cloud) in October 24 CTC 37. Everything is good here. Eg . Worklife balance, work from office/home , stability, project manager. only issue is java work is less and stuck in Financial product where we need to deploy test and mostly do configuration changes.
