Need Guidance
I have been working with a foreign investment bank for 7 years. i recently got an offer from Deloitte USI with a good hike. Need some advice on below two points.
Will it be a wise decision to make this switch? coming form a bank where the work is very structured, how difficult it would be to gel up with the big 4 work culture ??

Switching to Deloitte could offer great exposure to different types of projects, but it might take some time to adjust to the more dynamic, fast-paced environment at a Big 4. It’s worth considering if you’re ready for that change

Both industries have their unique perks. If you thrive in a structured, process-driven environment, you might find the transition a bit challenging. However, the growth opportunities at Deloitte and the experience of working with diverse clients might outweigh the initial learning curve.

A switch to Deloitte could be really rewarding, especially in terms of career growth and exposure to new industries. The biggest challenge would likely be adapting to the Big 4's collaborative and somewhat less structured environment, but if you enjoy variety and challenge, it could be a great fit.

If you enjoy a structured and predictable work life, it may take some time to adjust to Deloitte’s more fast-paced and fluid culture. However, if you're seeking new challenges and the opportunity to expand your career, this could be a fantastic move.
