I currently have a job that offers a CTC between 7-8 LPA, and I have over 6+ YOE. While my current company provides a good work-life balance and has a positive culture, there is limited opportunity for promotions or career growth. I am also working on enhancing my skills for data and business intelligence (BI) roles. I have the following questions: 1. Should I consider switching jobs or staying where I am? 2. Do you think my current CTC is reasonable? 3. Which companies should I target for similar roles, considering that companies with good job security and work-life balance are hard to find?
