When to Switch

I recently graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering. I have secured a job as a Business Analyst at an eCommerce brand with a salary package of 4.5 LPA. Considering I graduated from a tier 3 college and got the job off-campus, is this a good package? What should I focus on next: skill development or switching skills? If I choose to skill up, how should I go about it? Should I join a course or pursue certifications? Additionally, I am curious about pursuing further studies—should I opt for an M.Tech or an MBA?

This is a decent start. Focus on what truly excites you. Is it data analysis? UX design?

An Assistant Manager
You should be shooting for FAANG. Grind those skills, learn Python, maybe some machine learning. Don't waste time with an MBA.

A PwC Senior Analyst thinking of coding? Bold move! Have you checked out data-driven roles like Data Science or Analytics?
