...unsure with promotion and upskilling and gives vague answers if asked questions. Salary hike are next to nothing every year.

There is no job security, team leader manager HR everyone is doing politics, if you made any mistake they will play politics and terminate from company no job security

... disappoint you. Even if you get a promotion there won't be any huge difference. If the company recruits from outside, they might get a better salary compared to the people who already working here. One thing for sure you can expect here is learning, which would help to grow your career.
