...n comparison to what I have experienced in IBM and Oracle Financials previously. The opportunities are immense and the compensation is above my expectations in comparison with IBM and Oracle Financials.

Dislikes

Promotions above manager levels get difficult to get sponsors. Work does get exhaustive at times and one needs to find balance between what we want vs what is available.

Worst work culture Micromanagement Working pressure with extended work hours upto 15 hours a day (without additional pay) Not employees centric culture Poor management (not at all adress issues for mostly)

...eer guidance from your higher ups, you can upskill yourself at the best you can. Compensation is great here.

Dislikes

Sometimes you might not get projects when you will have leisure. This is the time to work on inbound works. :)

Only salary is good. I haven't completed a year so don't know about appraisals.

Pathetic work culture, no work life balance, seniors will not tell you anything and expect you to know everything even if you are a fresher, lack to training, too much office politics, no personal life, seniors treat you like garbage, humiliation, no empathy, only work here if you want to lose your self respect and self confidence, colleagues are too selfish and only boot lickers can succeed here.

Their is nothing to like about they make you work for over 10-12 hrs a day without any recognition

Dislikes

The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it
