I appreciate the supportive environment created by the manager who previously worked here, as well as some of the TL, both past and present. The work primarily involves handling emails with the assistance of an AI system, which simplifies the process since you don't have to draft from scratch.

Dislikes

The major concern is the misleading information about the salary. During my initial interview, HR provided a package but later claimed there was a mistake with the salary. Despite this, I negotiated based on my experience in CS non-voice. HR explained it was due to the company's current financial challenges, stating they could only offer the revised amount. However, after joining, I found that some agents from my batch, with similar or even less experience, were offered better salaries. The current boss who runs this company is just a jealous guy who thinks he is funny and makes comments that are quite uncomfortable and offensive to others. I never found the work to be difficult because its target based. As 60% of the email drafting is handled by an AI system. The only reason I left this company was because of the misleading salary issue.

Dislikes

...rely get 1 week off. There's no appraisal. There's no promotion on paper either. Even if you get promoted, it won't be on paper and you won't get a salary hike plus you'll just have a lot more work with no benefits at all.

While I appreciate the opportunity for career growth at Elbowcurve Private Limited, the high pressure due to high volume and low headcount makes it difficult to maintain work quality and meet expectations consistently. The constant demand to resolve issues quickly with limited resources creates a stressful environment.
