The management is very poor, you will feel like your in a movie where there a typical angry rude Big-boss and all the employess below him are getting treated like trash. That is zycus for you. Everyday there is new drama new. Games the higher ups play with you, who themselves have no lives and they also want the employees under them to work till 2 am then shout at them if a work which is supposed to be done in a week is not done in a day. Zycus pays very well and this is the only advantage in the company.
The management is pathetic. No empathy towards employees. Absolutely no work life balance. I was hired stating they wanted to use my experience from my previous organisation, but never bothered to take any inputs.

There is no job security or hire-and-fire policy; I have seen a person removed from posts with no proper reason just a day before confirmation was due. There is too much work pressure, and marketing's senior management is clueless; they keep changing tracks. There are very few increments, and expectations are huge. Nothing to like about this company. I wish I could have found something. That’s what you hope for when joining or looking for reviews of a company, but unfortunately, the upper management in marketing here is quick to shatter those expectations. Lol.
Nothing to like here. The higher management of marketing at zycus, is deeply flawed and dysfunctional. They intentionally create an unstable work environment by frequently hiring and firing employees, which allows them to protect their own positions while keeping the team in constant turmoil. Their lack of vision is glaring, with frequent and contradictory directives that change within the same day. They are hardcore micromanagers, imposing excessive control over every aspect of work while pushing employees to work 16-18 hour a day with no regard for their well-being. The management is obsessed with using the latest technologies for every task, often without a clear purpose or understanding of their applications. The onus to make a bad decision by senior marketering management, successful, is on you. Lol The work culture in marketing is toxic, rife with unethical practices, favoritism, and political gamesmanship, all of which are supported by the top executives. Despite market competitive salary offers, the reality is a deliberate setup for failure, with unattainable targets used as a pretext for firing, disrespecting, demoralizing employees. Adequate resources are not provided, even the minimum requirements of a role are not sufficed. Many people have left or been terminated under these hostile conditions. The management’s approach is not only demoralizing but also disrespectful, and the HR department is ineffective and unresponsive, like a silent audience. To make matters worse, the marketing management resorts to manipulating their public image by giving inflated ratings and positive reviews on different platforms, masking the true nature of the work environment. They are deliberately creating a toxic environment to protect their own jobs at the expense of your career. So don't get tricked with good reviews if you see, high prababilty that it's someone of these folks who have put it. Joining the marketing team is a grave mistake if you value your career and well-being. Avoid this company to prevent jeopardizing your professional future.
