Company becomes hell from last 1.5 years. Now everyone just look to employee for output machine, work day & night and anyhow gives the output. Some non technical person lead tech product teams and for them every requirement is just like a normal task they dont even think single what extra efforts its needed here. Compny is now fully focused on quantity not quality. Learning, creativity,fun, innovation all u cant see in this company 1% now. Management also try to find excuses to make employees life hell even they see there directors already make the life worst. No life in work life balance, people work for 18 hours, go home at 4AM and come back to work at 10AM. No support from teammates to new joinees, no code walkthroughs, no handholding sessions. No benefits. Product was riddled with bugs, and the code is incomprehensible. Build times were terrible, they still haven't updated the product to technologies like spring boot, etc and deploy jar/war on tomcat. The worst part is if you had to debug the code, you had to build and deploy the jar which takes 40-45 mins to boot up on tomcat. If you had errors you were screwed because you had to sit through this cycle again and again. The product owner who worked with me used to come at 4PM and was very unethical and unhygenic. (Working hours were 10AM to 7PM). Very bossy atmosphere. You can get screamed at for no reason. They disallowed work from home at one point, idk what the situation is now....Read More
