They scheduled interviews with multiple rounds of assignments, after completing all rounds successfully, they suddenly ghosted me. The HR is also not reciprocating back. They literally made me work for free and then didn’t hire. The HR doesn’t even have the guts to say the reality. Would not recommend anyone to waste their time on this company. Very unethical practices.

They feel sales is a flair. They don't know that sales is a science. Sales head is an untrained sales person with false confidence. As a leader he doesn't understands the basics of sales and more than that basics of leadership. Takes credit form honest and hard workers on the field. Thinks that micromanagement is key to closing large, complex and competitive deals.

The management is very poor, you will feel like your in a movie where there a typical angry rude Big-boss and all the employess below him are getting treated like trash. That is zycus for you. Everyday there is new drama new. Games the higher ups play with you, who themselves have no lives and they also want the employees under them to work till 2 am then shout at them if a work which is supposed to be done in a week is not done in a day. People who dont have any knowledge of how a work is done will shout and argue with you. Your work isnt measured what is measured is your timecamp or how much time ur clocked in. The management is pathetic. No empathy towards employees. Absolutely no work life balance. I was hired stating they wanted to use my experience from my previous organisation, but never bothered to take any inputs.

There is no job security or hire-and-fire policy; I have seen a person removed from posts with no proper reason just a day before confirmation was due. There is too much work pressure, and marketing's senior management is clueless; they keep changing tracks. There are very few increments, and expectations are huge. Keep on changing the martech platform and making everyone rework.

A really nasty place. You will feel exploited everyday. There is no vision, no goal. The senior management in marketing works on their whims and fancy. A typical day involves waiting for the management to view a new tech stack and get it implemented without any vision. If you're a yes man, you can survive staying in the company easily.
