Everything is terrible. They support an AP who hits someone and who got reported to HR many times. The management is terrible and they got rid of more than half of my department and didn't tell us why - "blaming it on performance" but we really know it's because the company has no money. There is alot of office politics and the bosses don't give any support and don't respect their own employees. This is the worst company I've ever worked at and I came out 20 pounds heavier and with mental health issues to a point where I'm strapped with medicines to sleep. DO NOT work here....Read More

1. Work Life balance is beyond terrible. While it is generally expected that WLB in consulting is not great, ZS has managed to set a new gold standard for how bad it can get. 2. People don't respect each other and egos run high. 3. Culture is extremely toxic, don't be surprised if some randon dude comes and shouts at you on your first day. 4. They have people from Amity and lower grade college. One of the director is in Supply chain team and she had done her graduation in Hospital management. You will find people with no talent. Strict No, don’t join. If joining, always go for some pharma team there. Say No to any other specially ATC team.

ZS is Not for the faint hearted. It pays very well but is stressful and they make you work for it. For senior professionals, because they pay so high, you are likely to find it difficult to switch. But it's worth it.
