Dislikes

Being a non IT company, technology being used here is kinda outdated (upgrading). People are working here for decades who are now leader. No exposure to outer world, hence infra is outdated and poorly implemented.

Work Details

Too much work..but company is trying all possible ways to compensate that. I love my work here.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
