Likes

- The work culture is very open and people let you express your thoughts and concerns - There is a lot of learning in job experience and also by training - Reimbursement is given for training courses and if you want to enhance your skill - Leave policy is very good because I am able to take leaves as per my requirement multiple times - Management is very transparent about issues and are willing to listen - There are many interesting problems and projects - Selection is not based on background but on ability - My communication and dressing up has improved...Read More

Dislikes

- There is sometimes lots of work pressure and is difficult to manage - Multiple projects and requirements means I am running short of time always - There are no parties or events or other such activities - Managers can be pushy sometimes - A lot of time is spent in reporting and training juniors which is not good

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
