Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

there is a lot of politis and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow

the job is quite interesting i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session i learnt everything on the job

No definite set of policies for employees, policy can be changes any time. you can't plan any holidays, you could be called any time. No fixed timing for working hours. you must come on time but can't leave on time. Rude behavior of management with employees.

You can't even talk to your co-worker and you can't laugh in office. Work in engineering is totally messed up.
