Sufficient leaves Conditional WFH

Dislikes

Senior technical folks should avoid this company at all cost. They don't have many projects and their bench policy is a joke. So once you are out of project, you better run for your life. Moreover its a pity that their management and HR is involved in "Stealth sackings" and "quite firing". They won't even give you a notice period to find new job.

Managers are good. Work life balance is good. Feels very dis engaged although you show interest to do different things. How much ever you upskill, they have no projects
