There are many old management who irritates employees, but don't know how to benefit company...growth is very rare coz old employees who are there 20plus years and till these people don't move you will not get promotion.. Best is mangers are crying coz of covid and don't want to give hike or promotion. Job security is there as company don't allow you move and does place you some other project.
