The pressure to perform is overwhelming, and one mistake can cost you your job, regardless of prior accomplishments.

Dislikes

The company has no clear direction or vision, leaving employees feeling lost. The office is poorly maintained; it’s hard to stay motivated in such an uninviting space. Major changes happen without employee input or explanation. They throw you into projects without consideration of your preferences or strengths.

Overall, this job has been a huge disappointment. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. This place is a nightmare. The leadership is toxic, and there’s a pervasive culture of fear that stifles any open communication.

Dislikes

The job lacks any excitement or challenge, leading to sheer boredom daily. There’s a lot of gossip, and it’s ruining our work culture. There’s a complete lack of communication from leadership. We’re often left in the dark about important decisions.

The workplace culture is cliquish, making it hard to feel included. It’s like being in a corporate prison. No one seems to care about employee welfare.

Dislikes

This place is a nightmare. Complaining to HR is pointless; they only serve to protect the higher-ups. High turnover rates speak volumes about the work environment. They don’t value diversity or inclusion; it’s the same faces in leadership roles.

The pressure to perform is suffocating, and the threat of termination hangs over your head constantly.

Dislikes

I would not recommend this firm; they do not value their clients. New hires are given unrealistic expectations with zero support to meet them. Every day feels like a battle against an invisible enemy the management team. Their constant criticism is demoralizing and counterproductive. They hire fresh grads with no idea what they're doing and then blame the veterans when things go wrong. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
