I thought I was joining a professional environment, but it feels more like a high school cafeteria.

Dislikes

Trying to speak to HR about issues has only made things worse. I regret ever voicing my concerns. If you're not a recent grad, you're treated like an outsider. Age discrimination is rampant here. Many supervisors play favorites, making it impossible for others to advance. They lure you in with promises, then cut you loose without a second thought.

Dislikes

Working here as a contractor was a mistake. I didn't receive any of the promised benefits, and the job security is non-existent. The environment is riddled with backstabbing and gossip, making it unbearable.

I was consistently sidelined because I was deemed too experienced. They only want to hire people who fit their narrow age range. Management is a complete joke. They ignore contractors while favoring new hires.

Dislikes

The management has zero respect for contractors; we’re treated like expendable resources. There’s no transparency in how decisions are made by management. You’re forced to follow rigid processes that stifle creativity and innovation.

The workload has skyrocketed with no warning. What was once manageable is now overwhelming, and it feels exploitative. The management style is outdated and ineffective, making it hard for anyone to succeed.

Dislikes

Long hours are the norm, and you’re expected to be available at all times. I was promised career growth when I joined, but it’s clear that advancement is reserved for favorites only. They hire you with one set of expectations, then immediately change the role without telling you. Nothing is as promised during the interview process. I felt misled during the interview process. There’s no room for growth here unless you play the political game. My supervisor’s lack of self-control was embarrassing for everyone involved.

Dislikes

I’ve watched talented colleagues leave due to the lack of opportunities. It’s disheartening. The atmosphere is tense; it feels like walking on eggshells. Recognition is rare, and when it happens, it’s often for the wrong people. Leadership is disconnected from the needs of the employees. It’s exhausting trying to meet unreasonable expectations while being under constant surveillance. It’s like they don’t trust us to do our jobs.
