Employee health and wellbeing are not priorities. The focus is solely on profits and productivity.

Dislikes

There’s a constant fear of job loss, creating a cutthroat environment. The benefits are subpar. Health insurance is expensive, and there’s little support for mental well-being. There's no support for resolving issues; you're left to fend for yourself.

The project manager's biased evaluations can ruin your career. It’s unfair that a single person holds so much power.

Dislikes

They claim to have a friendly culture, but it’s all a facade. The backstabbing is rampant. You’ll find yourself caught in unnecessary workplace politics. It’s a draining experience.

Dislikes

The benefits are minimal, and the workload is excessive. There’s no clear path for growth; mentorship is non-existent, and feedback is rarely given. The projects are poorly managed, leading to constant stress and confusion.

It’s a shame that talent is overlooked in favor of superficial qualities. I’ve never seen such blatant age discrimination in a workplace. It’s hard to stay motivated in such a negative atmosphere.

Dislikes

The training provided is insufficient. New hires are thrown in without proper guidance. When you need help, management is nowhere to be found. The lack of communication from management is frustrating. You often feel lost in your role. Employees are constantly blamed for issues beyond their control. The focus is solely on getting the work done, with no regard for employee well-being.

The lack of variety in projects limits professional development and learning. They don’t take your preferences into account at all. I had to work on a project I disliked, while others got to explore areas they were passionate about.

Dislikes

If you’re expecting a challenging role, think again. You’ll be stuck doing clerical tasks. Employees are constantly micromanaged, leading to frustration.

Likes

Some employees are favored while others are overlooked, creating division. Employees are disposable here. Job security is a joke, and HR does nothing to address it.

Dislikes

If you’re a newcomer, expect to be treated poorly. The attitude here is unbearable. Endless micromanagement. There’s no trust in employees’ abilities. Managers are often dismissive of concerns raised by team members.
