Employee health and wellbeing are not priorities. The focus is solely on profits and productivity.

Dislikes

There’s a constant fear of job loss, creating a cutthroat environment. The benefits are subpar. Health insurance is expensive, and there’s little support for mental well-being. There's no support for resolving issues; you're left to fend for yourself.

The project manager's biased evaluations can ruin your career. It’s unfair that a single person holds so much power.

Dislikes

They claim to have a friendly culture, but it’s all a facade. The backstabbing is rampant. You’ll find yourself caught in unnecessary workplace politics. It’s a draining experience.
