Likes

I was released without any explanation after a short period. It was incredibly unprofessional. Qualified employees are overlooked, and raises are nothing to write home about. It's demotivating.

Dislikes

This workplace is a nightmare; I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. There’s a clear divide between management and employees; they have no clue what we do. Expect to be underappreciated and overworked. This job will drain your passion and energy. Management is unresponsive to feedback, and it feels like they don’t value employee input at all.

The work environment is unbearable—constant pressure and zero appreciation for effort.

Dislikes

This company talks a big game about innovation but is stuck in the past. They don’t value new ideas unless they come from their favorites. The level of favoritism here is outrageous; it's clear that tenure matters more than talent. No matter how hard you work, it’s never enough if you don’t know the right people. It’s frustrating and demoralizing.
