The pressure to perform is overwhelming, and one mistake can cost you your job, regardless of prior accomplishments.

Dislikes

The company has no clear direction or vision, leaving employees feeling lost. The office is poorly maintained; it’s hard to stay motivated in such an uninviting space. Major changes happen without employee input or explanation. They throw you into projects without consideration of your preferences or strengths.

Overall, this job has been a huge disappointment. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. This place is a nightmare. The leadership is toxic, and there’s a pervasive culture of fear that stifles any open communication.

Dislikes

The job lacks any excitement or challenge, leading to sheer boredom daily. There’s a lot of gossip, and it’s ruining our work culture. There’s a complete lack of communication from leadership. We’re often left in the dark about important decisions.
