They claim to have great resources, but everything is outdated and poorly maintained. The tools they provide are barely functional. The management’s indifference to employee concerns creates a hostile work atmosphere.

Dislikes

Expect constant micromanagement that stifles creativity and productivity. Constant negativity in the workplace; it's draining and counterproductive. Communication is awful. Important information is often missed or distorted, leading to confusion and mistakes. Creative ideas are shut down; no room for innovation.

The HR department is a joke. They don't care about employee concerns at all.

Dislikes

You’re rewarded with more work instead of recognition—very discouraging. I felt like my contributions were overlooked; favoritism was rampant.
