It’s frustrating to see others promoted who do less work than you. The PCS team needs a complete overhaul. They are ineffective and unhelpful.

Dislikes

Management is secretive about decisions, leaving employees feeling undervalued. The constant pressure to perform leads to burnout; mental health is ignored. The hours are ridiculous. I haven’t had a decent meal in weeks. It’s disheartening to see favoritism affecting team dynamics. It’s difficult to get feedback; you’re left in the dark about your performance.

Likes

The office politics are unbearable; it’s hard to focus on actual work. The pay is not commensurate with the workload. I feel overworked and underpaid.

Dislikes

The high job pressure leads to burnout. Management does nothing to alleviate stress or support employees. Promotions seem to be based on favoritism rather than merit. It's frustrating to watch less qualified people advance. The constant micromanagement stifles creativity and innovation. It's exhausting and demotivating.
