It’s hard to maintain morale when management is so out of touch with employee needs and concerns.

Dislikes

Training is non-existent; you're left to figure things out alone. This place is all about appearance—polished floors, flashy presentations, but the reality is toxic and soul-crushing.

Likes

I experienced firsthand how management prioritizes politics over employee welfare. If you value your mental health, stay away from this place. The stress and anxiety from the management are overwhelming.

Dislikes

The lack of feedback means you’re left guessing about your performance. Employees are treated as expendable; there’s no loyalty to the staff. The promised entertainment was nonexistent. I left feeling cheated.
