Leaders lack the skills and experience to guide their teams effectively. A hostile work environment where constructive feedback is met with hostility.

Dislikes

Constant layoffs have left everyone on edge and uncertain. I've never worked in a place that prioritizes office politics over employee welfare like this one. I felt misled during the hiring process. Promises were made that were never kept once I started.

Likes

No recognition for hard work. It’s disheartening to see others receive praise for minimal effort. They promote a false image of flexibility, but it’s a trap. You’ll be stuck working late.

Dislikes

The favoritism displayed by management is blatant and discouraging. It creates a toxic atmosphere where hard work is not recognized. Opportunities for advancement are limited and often based on favoritism. Employees are burned out from unrealistic expectations set by leaders. The work-life balance is non-existent; it feels like we’re always on the clock.
