No recognition for hard work. It’s disheartening to see others receive praise for minimal effort.
They promote a false image of flexibility, but it’s a trap. You’ll be stuck working late.
Dislikes
The favoritism displayed by management is blatant and discouraging. It creates a toxic atmosphere where hard work is not recognized.
Opportunities for advancement are limited and often based on favoritism.
Employees are burned out from unrealistic expectations set by leaders.
The work-life balance is non-existent; it feels like we’re always on the clock.
The management team lacks vision and doesn’t prioritize employee growth. It’s hard to stay motivated.
Dislikes
Expect to be criticized at every turn with little to no constructive feedback to help you improve.
There’s a clear bias in promotions, favoring those who play the game instead of those who perform well.

There’s a constant fear of job security, as layoffs seem to be an ongoing threat.
The hours are excessively long, and the pay doesn’t reflect the effort required.
Dislikes
Incompetent leadership leads to chaos. I've seen better organization in a kindergarten.
You’ll feel like just another cog in the machine. There’s no sense of belonging or value.

Poor management decisions are driven by favoritism rather than merit. It’s disheartening.
Dislikes
The workload is overwhelming for the compensation offered.
The compensation is dismal compared to the workload, leading to constant dissatisfaction.

Toxicity runs deep; many employees are unhappy and it shows.
There’s a serious lack of communication from upper management, leaving everyone in the dark.
Dislikes
The promises made during hiring are quickly forgotten. It’s all smoke and mirrors.
The office environment is filled with gossip and negativity, making it hard to stay motivated.
HR's indifference is astounding. They won’t lift a finger to help you, no matter how serious the issue.
The pay is a joke for the amount of work we do. Promotions seem to go to the favorites, leaving hard workers in the dust.

Talking to HR feels like a waste of time; they never take action.
Team leaders often pass the buck instead of helping their team succeed.
The quality of service has plummeted; I won’t be returning.
