Leaders lack the skills and experience to guide their teams effectively. A hostile work environment where constructive feedback is met with hostility.

Dislikes

Constant layoffs have left everyone on edge and uncertain. I've never worked in a place that prioritizes office politics over employee welfare like this one. I felt misled during the hiring process. Promises were made that were never kept once I started.

No recognition for hard work. It’s disheartening to see others receive praise for minimal effort. They promote a false image of flexibility, but it’s a trap. You’ll be stuck working late.

Dislikes

The favoritism displayed by management is blatant and discouraging. It creates a toxic atmosphere where hard work is not recognized. Opportunities for advancement are limited and often based on favoritism. Employees are burned out from unrealistic expectations set by leaders. The work-life balance is non-existent; it feels like we’re always on the clock.

Dislikes

There’s a constant fear of job security, as layoffs seem to be an ongoing threat. The hours are excessively long, and the pay doesn’t reflect the effort required.

Dislikes

Incompetent leadership leads to chaos. I've seen better organization in a kindergarten. You’ll feel like just another cog in the machine. There’s no sense of belonging or value. There’s little to no support for personal or professional development.

Poor management decisions are driven by favoritism rather than merit. It’s disheartening.

Dislikes

The workload is overwhelming for the compensation offered. The compensation is dismal compared to the workload, leading to constant dissatisfaction. High expectations with little support. I applied twice, but the lack of empathy from HR made me reconsider my options.

Dislikes

The atmosphere is bleak; no confidence in management whatsoever. Unrealistic expectations lead to a toxic work environment. It's hard to stay motivated when every day feels like a battle against the odds. The culture is steeped in negativity; it’s draining to be around. The culture here is toxic. Team leaders are more concerned with looking good than actually helping their teams.

Toxicity runs deep; many employees are unhappy and it shows. There’s a serious lack of communication from upper management, leaving everyone in the dark.

Dislikes

The promises made during hiring are quickly forgotten. It’s all smoke and mirrors. The office environment is filled with gossip and negativity, making it hard to stay motivated. HR's indifference is astounding. They won’t lift a finger to help you, no matter how serious the issue.

The pay is a joke for the amount of work we do. Promotions seem to go to the favorites, leaving hard workers in the dust.

Dislikes

Talking to HR feels like a waste of time; they never take action. Team leaders often pass the buck instead of helping their team succeed. The quality of service has plummeted; I won’t be returning.
