Management lacks empathy, leading to low morale across the team. The lack of transparency in promotions is disheartening. You might work hard, but it won’t matter. Leaving this company felt like escaping a bad relationship; I didn’t realize how toxic it was until I was out. There’s a lack of communication, leading to confusion and chaos.

There’s no clear path for advancement, which makes it hard to stay motivated. I feel stuck in a dead-end job. There’s zero work-life balance. Office politics are rampant, and the stress is unbearable.
Meetings are a waste of time; no real solutions ever come from them. The work environment is stagnant; there’s no innovation or creativity encouraged. This company is all talk and no action. Complaints go unanswered, and there’s no accountability among project managers. The benefits package is minimal and doesn't reflect the amount of work we do.
