Policies are applied based on employee and manager relationship. If you satisfy your manager, policies are different otherwise policies gets tougher. Middle Management is Pathetic, they charge less to client to get more business, in return employees has to suffer with lower pay.

Dislikes

Middle management isn’t incapable of identifying the correct resources and their cost.

Work Details

As long as client is happy, you are good. Otherwise, your life tougher and tougher. What they do is just get the commission.
