Dislikes

Local India office politics very bad, because of that complete good team spoiled. Never believe on HR statements , read very carefully on HR statements what they provide. They will change immediately. Because of above to 2 reason job security is the major issue.

I love sap company they are offering good opportunity to learn in new technology. And providing lunch and tea snacks not only shares the knowledge to endusers. And investing new technology and interacting with market and shares the work life balance. Easily understand situation and helping on hands with others. Offering their good salary and giving rewards qualified employees and recongize work effort and generating an renew and high effective job security and every month conducting the skill development.
