As a company, SAP has always been the best brand to work with offering work life balance, quality working environment, free food, leaves for all purposes, good quality equipment, among other related things.

After having spent reasonably good number of years working for SAP Labs Gurugram office, I had suffer at the hands of a fickle minded and biased manager, who was partial and manipulative in all his dealing. He undermined my efforts and brought out illogical reasons to keep me at the same level for many years. Dislikes

Salary in SAP is worse than any service based company. HR find ways to make sure you don’t get the salary hikes even if managers have no problem. SAP is a disappointing pay master.
