No job security Salesforce finding a way to release their employees every time. Only the salaries are high nothing more than that. Favouritism for promotion, Unnecessary pressure to working from office. Indian management are wrost

No work life balance, now they have reduced the salary, no remote work option, no offices in pune for support, no fair promotion, not at all feels like a product company but it feels more like a bpo now.The above views are from perspective of a support egg. Other profiles may have a different experience.
