The bench policy in Fujitsu India is a drawback specially for professionals like Program/Project Managers and Project Implementation resources due to short term billable assignment to projects. However if someone joins delivery roles then it's not a major issue. Band Promotion is a challenge due to limitation of the band structure which is small and quota for yearly promotion is less and stringent. Only a handful of people in the leadership (mostly based in Pune) take decisions based on their instinct so better not to mess with them on any topic reason being they are quite elderly in their age / experience and they work with traditional government sector mindset that is why they mostly prefer sincere /Obedient people over straight forward/blunt people no matter how talented they might be. CAB pick/drop facility is not provided until the cost is approved by project. Except for few projects, the projects running on low cost margin don't approve CAB cost.
