Nothing only working here because I have no offers nd my work to put my 100%.
Limited project, bench policy is only 45 days after that u have to serve notice period in between u get project so withdrawal notice period and notice period: 3 months if u deny to resign to terminate nd if u r denying to say NO to work which is not matching your skills they will immediately fire you and I come across one thing recently I was on bench later on i got interviewed in 2 project but due to lack of some skills they not took me later on I got interviewed for JAPAN service line project they immediately onboarded which was not matching to skills but I had no option to say YES if I have not sat yes they would immediately fire me under the condition of SAY NO TO WORK nd for linux administrator server access must to troubleshoot, afterwards 1 day after i got interviewed in EUROPE line of buisness where I got selected and they agreed me to onboarding in their project which was suitable to my skills Now Japan region manager nd WFM spoc saying if I get release from this service line they will fire me from company.. so unwilling I m bind to work because I have no offer, so I suggest before joining pls be clear about policies,roles nd responsibility nd carrer growth,bench policy etc so overwall my experience is very bad 😞 here because here WFM works not Management...Read More

The office premises facility and admin support staff treat all employees with courtesy and respect. The bench policy in Fujitsu India is a drawback specially for professionals like Program/Project Managers and Project Implementation resources due to short term billable assignment to projects. However if someone joins delivery roles then it's not a major issue. Band Promotion is a challenge due to limitation of the band structure which is small and quota for yearly promotion is less and stringent. Only a handful of people in the leadership (mostly based in Pune) take decisions based on their instinct so better not to mess with them on any topic reason being they are quite elderly in their age / experience and they work with traditional government sector mindset that is why they mostly prefer sincere /Obedient people over straight forward/blunt people no matter how talented they might be. CAB pick/drop facility is not provided until the cost is approved by project. Except for few projects, the projects running on low cost margin don't approve CAB cost.
