Now Optum is not good place to work as there is no promotion salary increment is also very poor, work presure also reached high, people are working in mentally pressurised by management, and at end of the year manager says this year there are no promotion even you completed tasked assigned and reached your beyond capacity employees are very dissatisfied in optum.

No growth , No promotion , people literally spending their career in a company just by doing yes sir no sir , no development , poor work culture , extreme politics , favouritism not a good company to survive for more than a year.
