Coporate Health Policy for employees was good.

Salary and salary hike is very less compare to others even though you are top performer and rated as "A" category employee as per their policy. If you joined as a First company of TCS then you will be paid just like a labour. People working on other organization having same experience earns more than Double compare to TCS. Nowadays forgot about promotion. If you are lucky enough then only you will get it.
