It's my first company as a fresher, i learned a lot of skills and as far as training went it was great.

Skill development - Excellent
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

After training, -there are no projects for gaining actual work experience. -the salary for fresher's is very low -you are put on bench after training and you have to wait for projects for months and the WORST part is there is bench policy, from starting date of the bench period for the next 2 months-full salary and later 2 months-50% salary and after that NO SALARY. It is the worst situtation for freshers honestly....Read More
