This is not a workplace; it’s a nightmare. The management style is authoritarian and demeaning.

Dislikes

Poor communication from management leaves everyone in the dark. The atmosphere is toxic; you’re constantly worrying about job loss. Trigent needs to seriously rethink how they treat their employees. This is not a healthy work environment.

HR is completely unhelpful. They ignore complaints and do nothing to protect employees from bullying.

Dislikes

The management team is out of touch with the concerns of their employees. Left hanging for months on a project with no clear goals. If you’re looking for mentorship, look elsewhere. There’s a complete lack of guidance and support for personal growth.

There’s no room for creativity; all ideas are shot down without consideration.

Dislikes

The initial excitement quickly faded. There’s no opportunity for growth, and morale is at an all-time low. Hard work goes unrecognized. It’s demotivating to not be acknowledged for your efforts.
