Promoting from within is rare; external hires often get the better positions.

Dislikes

The management has no clue what they’re doing and leaves employees in the dark. There’s a clear divide between contractor employees and full-time staff. The perks for some are not extended to everyone, despite our equal efforts. There’s a huge communication gap. There’s a constant sense of uncertainty regarding job security and advancement. The lack of respect for personal time is alarming. You’re expected to be available 24/7.

Dislikes

Little to no team-building activities. It’s like working in isolation. Management is misleading when it comes to career growth. They say one thing but do another, leaving employees frustrated. Overloaded with tasks and underappreciated. It’s a thankless job. The onboarding process felt rushed and chaotic. I didn’t feel prepared for m y role at all. Likes

Management plays favorites, making it hard for others to succeed. Long hours with little reward and no job security? That’s a recipe for disaster. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Dislikes

I’ve applied multiple times but was always turned down for vague reasons. The hiring process needs a serious overhaul. Job security is a joke. One day you’re fine, and the next, you’re being let go for reasons that make no sense. Management seems more interested in profits than people.
