This is my 1st full time job company. For that, I must say to start your career the management will provide you full independence to do things. Management is so helpful and kind. Overall, good working environment.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Everything is fine, salary is decent and on time but you might feel like you're not growing there. A bit of slowness in the growth there.

Work Details

It was quite good. I learnt a lot new stuff on Digital Marketing. They helped me as always in learning.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
