If you put resignation they have some policy where they can release you on the same day without paying since rupee.....I got forcefully kicked off after resigning in 30 days....and they didn't even inform me in advance ...I got notified 2 days prior....it was heartbreaking for me... Manager, sr manager, hrs ...entire hierarchy should be kicked off...they are simply useless without humanity...

Some Non-Technical Managers who acts infront of SMEs like they are very sound in technical and not allowed to talk their views in front of clients. Everytime in meeting interuption between clients and Yash. This represents very bad impression infront of clients.. This approch not only impacts team morale but also diminishes the potential to deliver the best solution to client.

HR is useless puppet. RMs are unhelpful.they only propagate existing primitive policies. Leave policy is very bad stringent. New joiners will face loss of pay if they take leave. They will adopt clients holiday policy but impose yash's stringent leave policy. So surviving in stringent client place is hell. Mandatory salary bank iss hdfc. They dont have management in team. Like there is role specific work. Manager is asking a developer to perform a whole testing and find out a solution on the same. And Developer have to perform Support role as well. Basically there is no professional growth. There is no work satisfaction.

Company is good but .few people run the show .and make decision Mong themselves resulting poor work culture.HR has least to do from their side.

The Managemnt don't give time new comer to settle .Not sure what they rush for Being CMM 5 must ensure Employee get time to settle and decisions are taken among few people.Thats how brand name gets ruined.They need to work on transparency.
