It is a great company..HR sir is so supportive and helpful..and the management was also good..the process manager was understanding and kind and TL was also nice towards the employees and the team members.. learning from work was good I worked there for 5 months and I was learning everyday there and increased my knowledge by daily. just one thing that the process has been shut down due to which I am no longer part of the company but I would like to work with the management and the company again anytime....Read More

Dislikes

Just one that there was no other benefits apart from salary and I want to work with the company for a long term so management should have transferred the good employees from the process to another..only that's it.

It was great working with the company and the management and looking forward to work more with them in future.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
