There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low and career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was noformal trading session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
