My experience At Xorinat has been largly positive, but as with any company , there are few areas that could be improved. I believe there could be more focus on structured learning program for the HR team, While the company provides great training opportunities in other departments, the HR team could benefit from a more robust development program that includes not just technical training but also personal development, communication skills</mark>. Poor operational team, it takes months to resolve your queries, no support if you face any issues regarding any internal processes. Its almost as if there is no HR team once you onboarded to the team. If you are okay bearing the frustation of having issues related to insurance, flexi benefits go unresolved for months, go ahead join here....Read More

Hr management and delivery managers is the worst management part. They talk smoothly till the time client is happy and once the project is over or if you want to leave the project they either ask you to resign or they dare to fire you because they wont be having the budget they hired you for. No Job Security, Work culture earlier was good but now it is pathetic. Management plays a dictatorship role. Company policies can be mold up by management. No adherence of policies at all.

Dislikes

Compensation is really low. Work pressure is so high. No growth Opportunities. No work Life balance & no time to work on Self development. Middle level management doesn't bridge the gap between Analyst & Senior management.
