Regarding Xebia Jaipur I didn't liked anything except for polite behavior of few people!

Dislikes

At XEBIA Jaipur there were lack of projects in our team and lot of micromanagement. Non co-operative environment. No job security.

1 ) No clarity on People on Bench when they will get the projects 2) No Manager/Leadership connect with the team 3) Managers are not clear about what’s internally going in the team or give the update to teammates

From 2020 to 2022 this was company was really good but now it’s become worst in projects, work life balance and people first

You need to compromise your life in front of their projects. No life left after getting one of client project. Day night, weekday or weekend just doing work for them and no extra pay as well. They never listen to the employees and only focus on what client is saying. It was good in 20,21 and 22 but now its become the worst. Wheneverif you get on bench you a going to face Abhinaya, who is the worst employee i ever met in my career. she will demotivate you, torture you so that you left the Organization by yourself and then they become the company who never terminates...Read More

Very Bad HR. No work environment. No human rights value. Very unprofessional behave. Every time HR threatened. No smooth exit. Unprofessional HR. Please don't work for this company. Threatened on emails. Less salary and more work. No politeness in HR behavior. Work conditions are very strict. Such a worst company to work. Don't spoil your resume. You will not work here more than 6 months.

Highly political environment. Senior leadership has no vision. The only thing they are good at it doing politics and massaging their ego. Employees are fired on 1 day notice. All the decisions are taken by one person who does not have any experience to run an organisation. The company has not grown, is not growing and will not grow with the kind of leadership that is in place. Employees are getting hired with fake promises of offices coming up in different cities but company does not have money for this. Please change your learning and development manager specifically at Jaipur office otherwise people will loose skills instead of gaining it. Try to become more flexible towards employee engagement but most of the seniors think that they are sitting in cabin so they should be bossy. Good projects available. Lot of learning if in projects. Team members are supportive Good salary and hikes WFH available but depends on Manager Work timings are flexible

Project allocation is just random. If some in bench then they remain on bench. Work pressure is immense. Extended working hours are common. Not much recognition for hard work. You would be even asked to complete the work on weekend. The freshers are supposed to complete tasks in unrealistic timeline. They even fire them for trivial reasons

It's a proper mid tier IT company. The culture isn't toxic and people are generally very decent and welcoming. Many people have been here for better part of the decade. It's a decent choice to start your career. The work is pretty chill with occasional cycles long hours but it's manageable though.
