I worked in xebia 1 year but my experience was not good. As they hire you on project based project end then you are fired. Don't join xebia Gurgaon look for another opportunity.

Hire and Fire policies. HR and senior management don't have professional ethics how to react with juniors. Anupam banerjee one of the lead will not support you in case of client concern or whenever need for manager support. HR will call you surve 1 month notice period and then you are fired. Don't look positive reviews hr fills all good ratings.

All their projects are in fighter fighting mode as they are obsessed with getting the project by hook or crook. Hence if you are on a project, you will always work in a stressed env which helps you cope up with the pressure

Dislikes

They are teaching others Agile while their own in house projects dont follow agile. If you have been part of the agile team, you hardly get money, appraisals unless you are leaving the project work and working for the agile group. The sales team underestimate and get the project and then the real sufferings start. You are literally forced to work 24/7, and the company takes pride in it.

1. Work Culture: Xebia is a service based organisation. So, it is totally based upon you project. If your project is good in term of technology stack then you will enjoy it. 2. Job Security: In term of job security Xebia is a trustworthy organisation. If you are an average person still Xebia will try to allocate you in some project but if you are totally not performing in any project then company will put you in PIP(Performance increase plan). If you do something good in your PIP then nobody ask you to leave else company will ask you to serve notice period and leave. 3. Management: Management in Mumbai is really very poor. 1. After hiring a person and once the person is allocated in some project then your reporting manager hardly pick your call. 2. Very worst experience while leaving Xebia. They will commit you your Last Working Day and on last day they will say that due to some reasons we are extending your notice period and all that kind of bull shit. 3. Lot of politics. 4. Average work life balance
