As Xebia is a multi-national company, it celebrates various festivals and the HR tries to make the make people interact across various departments to synergize their energy. Also, brand name of the company is quite good in the market.

Dislikes

The appraisal percentage is quite low and the work style is full office even though the rest of the team is based out of a different office in another city. Doesn't allow for WFH or even hybrid mode of work.

No job security, no appraisal, no process defined. It says Employee first but so far no one who worked in the organisation feels that.. Higher leadership is very egoistic and makes decision as per the wish.
