My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I like the work culture. Xceedance treats its employees well. You get Udemy license for free to upskill yourself. It’s currently operating in hybrid mode we go to office on alternate days. Managers and people on top management levels are very good and understanding.
