WriteX used to be a very good company when HR's used to listen to the employee's problems and give value to the employees. Gone are those days after IIM return Mr Sunny Sahu Joined the organization. He is the Chief Growth Officer but he failed to give minimum growth to the company. After he came people started resigning from the company. He very well knows how to insult the employees. Unfortunately the management including the directors nowadays has become extremely harsh and rude to the employees, Particularly Mr Subham Prasad (director). No growth and respect you can expect from this company. HR's are the puppet, who cannot take any decision, only says that management has taken this decision. Very very difficult to sustain in these type of environment. They can fire you any time that too without any specific reason. No Job Security at all. Beware of joining this company!!! All they can do is to insult their employees to their core. The quality of assignments are not upto the mark so it will be a problem for you to bring new customers and if you fail to meet targets they will harass you unnecessarily. And after the office hour you have to work till 2am in the night to reach out to the students for assignments. Many employees resort to unethical practices like transferring money to their personal accounts. The CEO and CGO are extremely rude towards their employees and doesn't have the minimum level of respect when speaking. I hardly sustain 1.5 months and then I resigned from that role. Toxic work culture, poor management, TLs are micromanaging employees, do not approve sick leave, we had to even apply for sick leave from 1 week before the day of our leave. TLs will tell you to not to take leave and it will not be approved, but they will go on vacation on the same day. TLs will even ask you to change your doctor appointment dates because they don't want to give you leave for your health issues. No salary increment. Poor team handling capabilities of TLs. No acknowledgement of good work. In new years and other occasions there was nothing for us, only for the employees (TL, QA, TM). Miscommunication between QA and TLs lead to error in work, however, they will force employee to take responsibilities.
