Cons: Compensation is decent but job security is not guaranteed for freelance writers; salary appraisals are minimal as it a growing company. Management listen so much to a client, even when the client is dumb about subject and the experts has done it. Furthermore, do not collect views how to improve client versus a writer relationship.
