Very terrible behaviour in management level.....they all try to force employee to give resignation.... Basic problem is if employee suffer medical issues they do not mercy....Their perspective is if employee admit in the hospital in the training period they do not consider... Even employee has shown medical documents thereafter Quality manager Mr. Devdeep Mitra (Kolkata branch) didn’t allow employees in the office floor..... Overall writer business group is very good to work, however SBU ATM MSP is being managed very poorly and unofficial dictatorship. With no group policy are being followed and Head people's are not competent enough to manage the overall business as well as existing operation. No work life balance, management usually remember to work on holidays and weekends rather than weekdays. Head of the Operation were not involved in operations , no value addition no business acumen. Overall dectatorship and no employee friendly.
